Refund policy

We accept returns for defective or damaged items only. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return, contact us first at woody@wburnshc.com with a photo of the defective or damaged item. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, we'll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Once received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
